Punakaiki Eco Hotel

The Christchurch Adventure Park has been designed as the pre-eminent adventure centre in the Southern Hemisphere. It offers world-class mountain biking facilities and services, four dual high-speed zip lines, rock climbing, hiking & running trails, a mountain coaster, accommodation and food and beverage services – amongst other things.

Joseph and Associates provided the project management services for the Punakaiki Rocks hotel – twenty four hotel units constructed adjacent to the State Highway. Involved in all development and construction planning aspects of the project, made significant recommendations to the form and structural aspects and identified cost efficient alternative solutions.

The vision for Pegasus Mākete is to make this the major attraction between Christchurch and Kaikoura. This will encourage visitors to Pegasus, Pegasus Resort, including Pegasus Golf Course and the proposed Pegasus Hot Pools Spa and Village.
