Project Description
Joseph & Associates provided the project management services for twelve Eco Hotel units, as part of the Punakaiki Rocks hotel.
We were involved in all development and construction planning aspects of the project and made significant recommendations to the form and structural aspects as well as identifying cost efficient and eco friendly solutions.
